Capstone Milestone Update

I've decided to stick with the the hero point perspective I originally posted. I started texture the environment and messing with the animation sets. I also added a fog effect to simulate height for the ground. Some of the building now have reflection. My thanks goes out to texturemate.com for all the patterns, textures, and photoshop brushes available.

Capstone Milestone Update

The monorail train is done and along with the billboards and have been place in the environment. I'm still thinking of blimp designs. I added on unexpected asset to the background, a planet with rings. I think it will give the environment a more sci-fi feel. I'll post an image when I finish tweeking the placements and building geometry.

SGP Milestone Face Update

I finally back up and running with a brand spankin' new pc fully loaded. I also completed reconstructing the face and head for my character. It took quite a bit of time to get the curvature right. I still thinking of a hairstyle, I'm thinking some type of bun or a ponytail.

Capstone Asset Milestone Update

The assets are right on schedule. I need to do some more research monorail trains. I'm leaning towards the Disneyland monorail design. Some recent additions to my asset list are lightning rods, and strangely enough cars of some sort (probably not going to add that). I'll post what I come up with later on, until then here are the the spotlight and satellite roughs.

SGP Milestone Face Update

Last Tuesday the, unthinkable happened. My pc was victim of a power surge and unfortunately I lost my completed character model and face. My backup file lucky saved my character, but the face is lost. Now I'm two to three days behind schedule and have to play catch up. It won't take me as long to construct this time, but still disappointing. On a brighter note I discover I had some of my character asset backed up at my school folder.

SGP Milestone Asset Update

Now that the character is just about its time for assets. I know I will be dressing my character in military garb, so I'm going to be playing of that. So far the assets I'm moving towards are cauldrons, a muffler like scarf, and a swords finished like a bowie knife.

Capstone Milestone Update

The environment composition finally done, now I'm working the asset list. Currently my list includes; a monorail train, spotlights, satellite dish, billboards, secondary skydome (animated texture with a planet), blimp, and monorail supports.

SGP Milestone Update

Hey everybody, my character is coming along nicely. I'm right on schedule with my milestones. I'm looking at military garb for my character, more specifically German and British Royal uniforms. I'm also looking Angelina Jolie's uniform from Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow.
